Pour & Co × OTO Studio— the digital build
This page documents the working relationship behind the Pour & Co website. It is written by Pour & Co about a real vendor engagement — not press coverage, and not independent journalism.

Project overview
Pour & Co is a mobile specialty espresso cart based in Toronto. Rather than a fixed café, the business travels — pop-ups, markets, and private events — which means the website carries most of the weight of the first impression. There is no storefront for people to walk past, so the site has to communicate craft, quality, and mobility on its own.
OTO Studio designed and built that website: a single, cinematic, scroll-driven page that introduces the cart, the drinks, and the booking path for events.
The objective
The brief was to make a pre-launch mobile coffee brand feel like a premium product rather than a market stall — minimal, editorial, and unmistakably specialty-grade — while keeping one clear action available throughout: enquire about booking the cart for an event.
The work
OTO Studio delivered the following on this project:
- Custom website design — art direction, typography system, and the espresso / cream / gold palette used across the site.
- Front-end development — the full site built as a modern React application with server-rendered pages.
- UI/UX — single-page narrative architecture, section sequencing, and navigation.
- Motion and interaction design — scroll-driven film sequences, parallax layers, and reveal animations tuned for smooth playback.
- Responsive development — layouts, type scales, and motion behaviour adapted from mobile through desktop.
- Technical SEO foundations — per-page metadata, Open Graph tags, structured data, sitemap, and robots configuration.
- Asset production support — preparation, optimisation, and delivery of the brand's supplied photography, logo files, and video for the web.
Features delivered
Scroll-driven film sequences
Two frame-by-frame sequences decoded into memory and painted to canvas, so the footage advances with the scroll position without stutter or flashing.
Cinematic hero
A layered, parallax opening built around the brand's own product photography.
Signature menu section
The three signature drinks presented as an editorial menu rather than a price list.
Atmosphere gallery
A mosaic of cart, barista, and machine detail photography establishing the real-world service.
Booking path
A persistent enquiry route for events, markets, and private hire.
Brand system integration
Monogram and wordmark used as navigation mark, watermark, seal, and footer signature.
Project Partner

OTO Studio
Digital Partner
OTO Studio is a digital studio specializing in custom websites, digital experiences, growth systems and AI-powered business automation. On this project, OTO Studio acted as design and development partner for the Pour & Co website.
Outcome
The delivered outcome is the live Pour & Co website: a responsive, server-rendered, single-page experience with scroll-driven film sections, the signature menu, the atmosphere gallery, and a booking enquiry path — published ahead of the cart's first service. No performance metrics are published here, because the business is pre-launch and no verified measurement period exists yet.
